Democracy Without Borders is legally registered with reference number VR27915B at Amtsgericht Charlottenburg, Berlin. Board members legally authorized to represent the operator are Andreas Bummel and Peter Spiegel. This is a non-commerical website. This legal notice is published in accordance with German law.

By submitting the online form to endorse the campaign's appeal you agree that we will store the data that you provide and that your name and country will be published on the list of supporters on this website. You also agree that your name and country may be included in lists that are submitted to representatives of intergovernmental organizations or national government authorities in writing. At any time you can request us to remove your data from our database and website.

Newsletter

You may be able to register for regular newsletters or mailing lists on our website. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time. We may use technical service providers and platforms for email delivery, but these will not be allowed to use or pass on data for other purposes. Anonymous tracking links may be used to optimise mailings and assess their effectiveness.

Personal information

If you contact us or support us with a donation, it may be necessary that we record a number of personal data.
